Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the second half of the 2010s. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born into a family of athletes. Her siblings also played games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha had played sports before like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014, after winning the NPC USA Championships. Her first year of competition that was the year 2008. Aleesha was a participant in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2016 and 2015. Aleesha, who has been steadily improving since then she won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning the Chicago Pro Championships.
